For over a decade, he has been guiding clients toward lasting health and wellness. His deep expertise in yoga anatomy, energy anatomy, and asana practice has helped shape and train some of the country’s top yoga teachers.
Known for his clear communication and genuine connection with students, Sriram is a highly sought-after faculty member in the Yoga Teacher Training field.

Sharmila Rai
Certified yoga instructor and Pilates trainer with over 9 years of experience, committed toward guiding mindful movement with core focused training.
Offering both online and offline classes, sessions are best suited to all levels.

Sharada Arun
Sharada Arun, a Master's graduate in Computer Science from UMass Lowell, discovered her true calling in the transformative practice of yoga. Blending yoga, fitness, and meditation, she has been guiding students through a holistic approach to well-being. Her simplified and practical take on yoga philosophy has empowered many to heal, grow, and view life through a renewed lens.

Pavithra Arun is a certified, passionate, practicing yoga professional. She is a certified Yoga Instructor from SVYASA coupled with Loaded Yoga & Fitness Anatomy Certification. She specializes in Yoga with weights a unique combination of yoga and functional training that helps in healing & has a therapeutic effect.
Through a combination of Yoga, Meditation & Fitness regime she makes Yoga sessions enjoyable, effective and mindful.
